Submit your order securely to us via this web site. Visit us again after you have placed your order to easily track your shipment and view order history. You can even choose to pick up your order in the store at no additional cost!

Shipping Policies

BlueZone Store is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.  On average, your order should be received in 7 - 10 working days. During peak times in August or December, delivery time may take longer. Shipping costs are detailed on your checkout page.

Returns

Most products purchased from this site may be returned, within 25 days of shipment, for a full refund. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.  Exceptions to this policy include textbooks, media (music, video games, software) which is not shrink wrapped, and any customized products. Textbook returns are available only within the detailed time constraints.  Prepaid individual rush orders are non-returnable.  Please read our textbook returns policy for details. Customized products which are non-returnable include clothing with monograms, custom published materials (such as course readers or syllabi), and artwork which is printed, matted, or framed based on your order. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned during this same time period. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped as well as the original box in which the product was shipped. Product that is not defective must be returned unopened. (Do not remove shrink wrap from product that is to be returned.) Please check packing list for return address information.

Textbook Returns

Save your receipts! You need them to return textbooks for full credit. No receipt, no refund. If you ordered your books online, your receipt is the "Packing List" included with your completed order.

Full refunds are available, with a receipt, through the first official week of each semester (not from the beginning of your class), with the exception of summer sessions. ***

During the official second week of each semester, textbooks are refundable with a receipt and a revised schedule showing the student is no longer enrolled in the class for which textbooks are being returned. Program drops will be handled on a case-by-case situation.

New books must be in original condition and free of any markings or highlighting.  Any shrink-wrapped textbook package is non-refundable if opened in accordance with publisher return policies.  Reference books, trade books, general reading and special rush re-orders are non-refundable. 

All textbook purchases made after the returns period will be final sale. No exceptions.

*** Summer semester book returns are limited to two calendar days from purchase date. After that time, there are no returns.

Textbooks must be in perfect salable condition for a full refund. Because we are aware of publisher requirements, we reserve the right to determine if a book is in “perfect” condition.

Textbooks purchased online may be returned via campus courier from Salem or Portland centers or they may be returned via UPS/USPS. If UPS/USPS they must be postmarked within the appropriate time constraints.
